Job Description General IT knowledge across networking, systems, web and cybersecurity – enough to speak the language and triage issues.
Responsibilities:
Experience coordinating or managing IT vendors or contractors.
Comfortable serving as the bridge between non‑technical agency staff and technical contractors.
Ability to track open tickets, follow up on deliverables, and escalated as needed.
Experience in a small office or government environment preferred.
Familiarity with Commonwealth of Virginia IT standards (VITA) a plus.
