Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for Restaurant.com.
This role is critical to driving restaurant acquisition at scale. The ideal candidate has experience building and managing cross‑functional sales teams, implementing performance tracking, and optimizing both direct and partner‑led sales pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a team of in‑house sales representatives, setting clear KPIs, coaching for performance, and ensuring quota attainment.
Oversee relationships and performance of outsourced sales organizations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and lead quality expectations.
Recruit, train, and support referral partners to expand reach through indirect lead generation.
Track and report on sales performance across all acquisition channels, using data to inform strategy and improve ROI.
Implement sales processes, scripts, and tools to drive consistency, efficiency, and results across teams.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and partner success teams to align messaging, streamline onboarding, and enhance the customer journey.
Own the sales tech stack (HubSpot, call tracking, etc.) and ensure clean data, effective workflows, and continuous optimization.
Develop incentive plans and commission structures for all sales contributors in partnership with leadership.
Provide feedback on campaign performance and market trends to help shape offerings and outreach strategies.
Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven success managing both internal teams and external partners or vendors.
Experience with channel sales, referral programs, or affiliate‑based acquisition is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), reporting dashboards, and sales automation.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of or experience working with restaurants, hospitality, or SMBs is a plus.
