HTI is seeking a high-impact Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team while driving revenue growth across complex workforce and business service solutions.
This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who excels at developing sales talent, managing pipelines, and closing complex service engagements with senior decision-makers.
You will own sales strategy, lead the team responsible for new client acquisition, and drive growth across multiple service lines.
What You’ll Do
Recruit, coach, and mentor sales professionals to exceed revenue targets
Drive accountability, performance management, and sales execution
Lead pipeline strategy, forecasting, and quota achievement
Develop scalable sales processes and best practices
Drive Revenue Through Complex Services Sales
Lead the sale of multi-service workforce solutions, managed services, and strategic partnerships
Guide the team in selling high-value, consultative B2B service solutions
Support key deals, proposal strategy, and contract negotiations
Build executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision makers
Execute Sales Strategy & Market Growth
Own annual revenue targets and go-to-market strategy
Identify new markets, verticals, and strategic accounts
Drive cross-selling across service offerings
Represent HTI at industry events, associations, and networking forums
Deliver Sales Intelligence & Business Insights
Monitor pipeline health, forecasts, and revenue performance
Leverage CRM data to guide strategy and improve win rates
Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to leadership
What We’re Looking For Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–5+ years leading B2B sales teams
Proven success selling complex service solutions
Track record of building and scaling sales teams
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
Experience selling to executive decision-makers
Preferred
Experience in staffing, talent acquisition, HR services, or managed services
Background in multi-service or consultative sales environments
CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
Strong professional network and industry presence
Travel Regional client and industry travel required
