We’re hiring for a Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst role in Aliso Viejo, CA (Onsite) with a leading client. This is a long‑term opportunity, with competitive pay, and the team is actively scheduling interviews.
Role: Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst Employment Type: W2 Contract Rate: $55 - 58/Hour Soft Skills / Cultural Fit for This Role

Background or Profile That Has Worked Well in This Position
Strong Salesforce Administrator background with 3–4+ years of experience
Experience supporting multiple Salesforce platforms such as Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
Experience with TrackWise Digital is strongly preferred
Prior experience in medical device, life sciences, or other regulated industries is highly preferred
Experience supporting highly integrated and validated business processes
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Administer and support multiple Salesforce applications and platforms across the organization
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows, reports, and dashboards
Support Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially Track Wise Digital environments
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Provide Tier‑2 support, support UAT, manage releases, and assist with integrations and data loads
Additional Notes
Candidates with both strong Salesforce Administration experience and exposure to Track Wise Digital will stand out significantly
Interview process: Virtual interview followed by onsite interview
Candidates from medical device or life sciences organizations are strongly preferred due to the validated business process environment
