Job Summary Key Responsibilities
Develop And Enhance Team Capabilities Through Mentoring Sessions Focused On Typescript And Hybrid Mobile Frameworks, Boosting Overall Productivity And Technical Proficiency.
Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Offering Insights As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies Involving Architecture Best Practices And Risk Assessments.
Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Minimize Project Exposure And Risks, Addressing Potential Issues Proactively And Facilitating The Closure Of Escalations.

Proficiency In Leading Technical Discussions And Implementing Coding Standards.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Development Lifecycle And Project Management Methodologies.
Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $ 95,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $ 155,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits: A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
