Location: Dallas, TX
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years leading development teams.
Strong proficiency in Python or Java (both preferred).
Proven experience building configuration‑driven systems, such as metadata‑driven pipelines or workflows, dynamic business rule engines, configurable API or data integration frameworks, template‑based code generation or parameterized services.
Experience designing and optimizing JSON/YAML/XML‑based configuration interpreters.
Deep understanding of database modeling (SQL/NoSQL) for storing and versioning rule configurations.
Familiarity with Kafka, AWS (EKS, Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB), or similar cloud architectures.
Strong grasp of CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and GitOps workflows.
