Q2 is seeking a professional Business Analyst to support the Implementation department. As a support member of the implementation team, the candidate must understand the project management life cycle as well as have experience in business analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience as a business analyst in an online banking environment. The analyst will create, develop, plan, write and manage Quotes, Statements of Work (SOW), and additional discovery-type documents required by the Implementation team during the Implementation process. The Analyst also conducts interviews with various SMEs, Financial Institutions and technical staff to gather and verify data for responses.
A Typical Day:
Work with customers and vendors to define business requirements
Create requirements and dataflows that bridge business requirements and technical requirements
Document and communicate business requirements to the Q2 development teams to obtain the level of effort
Create and maintain documentation that both defines the scope and provides a clear understanding for the development team of what is being developed
Work effectively in an agile environment
Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
Here’s What We’re Looking For
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.
Attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Salesforce experience is preferred including the ability to navigate, maintain, and update data within the platform.
Strong analytical and problem solving & leadership skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on multiple projects/assignments concurrently under aggressive deadlines
Self-starter with proven ability to deliver results
Experience with RFP software/processes; proficiency in MS Office required
Professional knowledge and understanding of the project management lifecycle and financial services
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
