We are looking for a Software Sales Specialist who acts like an owner because, quite literally, you will be one. This is a high-stakes, high-reward role designed for a closer who is tired of the corporate grind and wants a seat at the table.
What You’ll Do
Build the Playbook: You won’t just follow a script; you’ll write it. You will define our outbound strategy, identify high-value verticals, and refine our pitch.
Full-Cycle Ownership: From cold outreach and networking to conducting high-impact demos and closing contracts.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the bridge between the market and our product team. Your feedback will directly shape the Bloomie roadmap.
Scale the Engine: As a dedicated sales hire, you will lay the groundwork for our future sales organization.
Who You Are
The "Zero-to-One" Mindset: You have 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales (HR Tech or ATS experience is a massive plus) and thrive in the ambiguity of an early-stage environment.
The Entrepreneurial Spirit: You understand the "Bootstrapped Way." You are resourceful, creative, and don't need a massive marketing budget to find leads.
The Closer: You have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas. You know how to navigate stakeholders and handle objections with ease.
