Compensation For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $74,400 - $111,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.
Responsibilities
Grow channel partner revenue within your assigned territory
Proactively build and deepen relationships with reseller partners and key stakeholders
Increase partner engagement through structured sales support, training, and enablement
Execute quarterly business reviews, partner engagement activities, and regional initiatives
Own and advance partner projects from initiation to close, with a strong focus on driving transactional and edge business.
Hunt, develop, and advance opportunities by sizing, scoping, and quoting Secure Power solutions
Build, maintain, and accurately forecast a strong pipeline of opportunities
Drive increased adoption of Schneider Electric programs and complete life‑cycle power solutions across your partner base.
Qualifications
Have 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (inside sales or channel experience preferred)
Are proactive, competitive, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
Enjoy building customer and partner relationships and influencing outcomes
Thrive in a fast-paced, high‑ownership sales environment
Are comfortable learning technical product details and translating them into solutions
Want opportunities to grow into future roles in outside sales, leadership, or business development
Are willing to be based in Nashville, TN
