Technical support for external and internal customers
An engineering approach to technical issues, verifying correctness, and proposing alternative solutions
Coordinating the flow of data related to technical selections for clients (designers, contractors, and investors)
Collecting and recording project/investment data
Collaborating with the Design Department, Product Managers, Key Account Manager, and field staff to ensure the highest standards of market service
Representing the company at industry trade fairs and conferences, as well as during client meetings — including site visits at ongoing construction projects
Qualifications
Minimum one year of experience in designing sanitary installations and/or in the construction-related industry (experience in stormwater management and/or flat roof drainage will be an additional asset)
Higher education (technical fields such as sanitary installations or construction)
English proficiency enabling fluent communication (B2 level)
Results- and customer-oriented mindset, commitment, openness to change, ability to learn quickly, and excellent work organization
Category B driving licence and readiness for occasional business trips
