Territory Sales Specialist – Duluth Office WEG Electric Corp. has a great opportunity for a Territory Sales Specialist to join our team at our Duluth office. This role performs support and guidance functions to support customers and outside sales personnel with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a customer facing focus role in a fast‑paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Guide customers and outside teams through the inner workings of WEG to ensure a positive and complete customer experience.
Receive and process orders, verifying all information to support order accuracy, on time delivery, and the customer experience.
Quickly and confidently support requests for customers.
Evaluate and process inquiries to provide pricing, stock availability, necessary modification and/or engineering requirements to ensure the proper product options are presented.
Proactively follow up on opportunities to ensure all customer expectations have been met.
Oversees all company identified accounts to ensure the customer base continues to support company goals.
Responsible to coordinate with and provide support to an assigned list of outside sales team members, with a focus on removing obstacles to enhance their ability to focus on the growth of new business.
Responsible to lead the on‑boarding process for new customers and develop those accounts until they can transition to a team account.
Education & Training
Functional Microsoft Office skills
Moderate understanding of industry trends, market forces, and customer expectations
Basic product knowledge and applications
Proficiency with the product catalog
Experience
1+ years of experience supporting customers or outside sales personnel.
