The Growth Engineering team builds the systems that drive new customer acquisition across SEO, paid marketing, and user incentives. We partner closely with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Marketing Technology to improve conversion and increase funded accounts. This newly formed team has significant opportunity to shape technical foundations and deliver measurable growth outcomes!
Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers to define and prioritize a roadmap across customer acquisition channels, marketing systems, and incentive programs
Lead the design and delivery of scalable systems on AWS that support customer growth and campaign performance
Manage and develop engineers through clear goals, regular feedback, and career development planning
Collaborate with Data Science and Marketing teams to evaluate performance data and improve acquisition and funded account outcomes
Qualifications
5–8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2–3+ years managing engineers directly.
Experience building and operating distributed systems using AWS or similar cloud infrastructure.
Experience partnering with Product to scope initiatives and deliver against defined business objectives.
Background in SEO platforms, web systems for organic acquisition, paid marketing optimization, growth experimentation, or related domains.
Ability to balance hands‑on technical leadership with people management and operational execution.

Compensation Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
Base Pay Range:
Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC): $230,000—$270,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL): $203,000—$238,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL): $180,000—$211,000 USD
