Applications to be submitted by June 19, 2026. Compensation Grade: P18 – $69,764.00 annually. Positions with a designated work location in New York City, Nassau, Rockland, Suffolk, or Westchester Counties will receive a $4,000 annual downstate adjustment (pro‑rated for part‑time positions). Responsibilities Support the NYSIIS Consumer Access portal related inquiries. Monitor support requests from users and review each request. Triage requests and investigate NYSIIS issues associated with each. Conduct required analysis on requests, including analysis from NYSIIS and the tracking database. Compose responses and communicate with users. Report on metrics related to BSDS response to these queries. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of experience collecting and analyzing data; OR an Associate’s degree and at least four years of experience; OR six years of such experience. A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one year of such experience. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated analytical skills with data quality and/or analysis of immunization data or related datasets. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Academic and/or professional knowledge of vaccine requirements and/or recommendations. Experience with customer support or guidance. Experience using an immunization information system. Experience with SAS or other statistical software. Conditions of Employment Grant funded position with required time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables. Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. required. Visa sponsorship is not available. The selected candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the official work location and be located in or willing to relocate to New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Vermont, or Massachusetts prior to hire.
