About the Role Business Analyst Level 1 contract assignment for 6 months (W-2). Work with client Regulatory & Political Affairs, Legal and vendors to prepare and implement lobbying and political consultant contracts. Requires concise writing, proofreading and editing. Team environment. Paralegal background beneficial. Reports to onsite Manager. Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408 Key Responsibilities Ensure retention of contracts and supporting documentation on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site. Maintain the Lobbyist, Consultants and Trades Report on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site. Ensure proper coding of invoices and payment of vendors. Prepare requests for political contributions and track on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site. Prepare quarterly BOD reporting of political contributions. Qualifications Follow established workflows and guidelines, understand office procedures and practices. Clear and concise writing, proofreading and editing for spelling and grammar. Ability to work in a team environment. Background working as a paralegal could be beneficial.
