Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Freelance IT Support Engineer / EUC L2 Hands & Feet Support Engineer for an onsite office support and network implementation project in Colorado, USA. The engineer will support end-user computing activities and assist the network team during office implementation and migration activities.
Project Locations Existing Office:
Englewood, CO 80112
New Office:
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite EUC L2 Hands & Feet support
Support project network team with configuration activities for network devices
Provide console access to network devices for remote engineers
Assist with laptop/desktop setup and troubleshooting
Support end users with hardware and software-related issues
Coordinate with remote technical teams through MS Teams
Perform any other onsite support activities required during implementation
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in EUC L2 / Desktop Support / Field IT Support
Basic networking knowledge and experience supporting network teams onsite
Familiarity with Windows environment and troubleshooting
Experience with hardware installation and break/fix support
Good communication and coordination skills
Mandatory Requirements
Engineer must have own laptop with admin credentials
MS Teams must be installed and configured
Must have console cable for remote access to network devices
Ability to work onsite continuously during weekdays and weekends as required
