Lead Solution Architect We are looking for a senior individual contributor to own the architectural vision across CenterWell’s dispensing pharmacy portfolio, including mail‑order, specialty, and retail platforms. The role spans green‑field design, legacy modernization, and long‑term roadmap planning, requiring close collaboration with engineering leads, product managers, clinical stakeholders, and vendor partners. Key Responsibilities Own and evolve architectural patterns and standards for the pharmacy technology portfolio. Lead architecture for high‑complexity programs spanning dispensing systems, clinical platforms, integrations, and data. Evaluate build‑buy‑partner decisions and present recommendations to senior leadership. Navigate ambiguity in organizational, technical, and political contexts, delivering clarity to stakeholders. Contribute to the team’s ways of working, tooling, and overall maturity. Required Qualifications Experience in cloud‑native design and application modernization. Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and NCPDP. Background as technical lead of a team, with demonstrated ability to influence architectural decisions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the pharmacy space (PBM, pharma manufacturing, dispensing pharmacy). History on solution or enterprise architecture teams in large, matrixed programs. Designing large‑scale event‑driven ecosystems. Certification in Azure or GCP. Compensation Expected base salary range: $142,300 – $195,700 per year, dependent on location and individual qualifications. The role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
