About the Team and the Role As a Marketing Project Manager you will join the Marketing Design & Operations team, working closely with marketing, partnerships, product, customer experience and other stakeholders. You will drive projects, supplying structure, coordination and communication across a remote, multi‑time‑zone team. You will work with cross‑functional stakeholders in marketing, partnerships, product, customer experience and more. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Execute multiple simultaneous projects and campaigns, overseeing the full project lifecycle up to completion. Coordinate cross‑functional teams at all levels, ensuring alignment and efficient execution, while identifying, escalating and removing blockers. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating regular communication and updates on progress and changes. Prepare and present regular reports on project performance, outcomes, and lessons learned to functional leaders. Foster a culture of flexibility and agility in project execution. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes. Qualifications 4+ years of experience managing projects in e‑commerce or related industries. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite. Proficiency in Jira or a similar project management software. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Strong initiative and self‑motivation, maintaining high personal standards and delivering results with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to adapt and support project teams through change. Benefits The base pay range varies by US state. For PA, GA, NY the base salary is between $70,000 and $85,000. Compensation may also include target bonus, restricted stock units (as applicable), and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off such as PTO and parental leave.
