Responsibilities Provides support with the implementation of the work unit's operational activities, which may include but are not limited to regulatory, licensure and accreditation, inspections, auditing, sample management, and quality and operational metrics.
May support, but not limited to, the following quality management activities: event management, document and records management, education and training programs.
Participates in and supports work unit, divisional and departmental continuous improvement activities. Provides customer service activities for clients external to Mayo Clinic.
Shift Schedules:
First Shift: 2:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Second Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Third Shift: 7:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Tuesday–Saturday
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and 2 years relevant experience OR Associates' degree.
Working in DLMP or a laboratory quality or administrative assistant role preferred.
A strong background in basic computer programs utilized in DLMP, such as Microsoft Office for graphing and process flow.
Must be self‑motivated, dependable, possess proven problem‑solving skills, and be able to work independently on multiple tasks and complete assignments on time.
Good human relations/communication/organizational skills are needed to interact with various levels of personnel.
Compensation Detail Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended; $22.73 - $32.26 per hour.

Schedule Details Variable hours, flexibility required based on business needs. This position will be 100% on‑site in Southaven, Mississippi.
Weekend Schedule Variable hours, flexibility required based on business needs.
