What You’ll Do As a Business Development Manager, you’ll help grow Openwork’s presence in the local market by building relationships with businesses and helping them solve their workforce needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning and growing an assigned sales territory
Prospecting and meeting with business owners and hiring managers
Conducting discovery conversations to understand hiring needs
Developing long‑term client partnerships and opening new accounts
Collaborating with recruiting and operations teams to deliver results
Driving revenue and contributing to branch growth
