We're not looking for someone to maintain the status quo. We need a Sales Manager who builds something, who walks into a room and the team performs better because of it.
You'll lead a team of plumbing sales professionals selling residential and light commercial services - re-pipes, water heaters, water treatment, fixture upgrades, sewer and drain solutions, and whole-home plumbing replacements. You'll set the strategy, run the plays, and own the scoreboard.
You'll be in the field coaching reps, in the data finding edges, and in the room making the calls that move the business forward.

You'll have real authority. Budget input, hiring influence, process ownership. We don't hire leaders and then micromanage them.
The comp plan rewards results. Base salary + uncapped performance bonuses tied directly to what your team produces.
What the job actually looks like day-to-day
Setting and executing against monthly/quarterly sales targets alongside senior leadership
Coaching reps in the field - ride-alongs, in-home call reviews, estimate walkthroughs, and deal strategy sessions
Training your team on option-based selling — presenting repair vs. replace scenarios that build trust and drive average ticket
Aligning your team with dispatch, service, and install crews so nothing falls through the cracks
Reviewing performance data weekly and turning it into specific, actionable coaching
Equipping service technicians on handoff and turnover processes that increase customer confidence and close rates
Building the sales culture — accountability, recognition, and a standard people are proud to hit
What we're looking for
3+ years leading an in-home or field sales team (plumbing or home services preferred, but strong in-home sales leadership absolutely counts)
You understand the residential plumbing sales cycle — water heaters, re-pipes, water treatment, drain solutions — and how to coach reps through it
Track record of developing reps — not just managing them
Comfortable with CRM tools, pipeline reporting, and using data to drive decisions
Cross-functional communicator who earns respect from ops, install, service, and leadership alike
Someone who coaches with specifics, not slogans
Competitive base salary + performance bonuses (OTE $125k–$175K+, depending on experience)
