As part of a larger platform backed by Omnia Exterior Solutions, we are continuing to scale and are looking for a Sales Manager to lead from the front and drive growth.
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and holding accountable a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue and performance goals. This is a hands‑on, field‑driven leadership role. You will be coaching reps, driving production, and building a high‑performing team.
You will play a critical role in executing sales strategy, improving close rates, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience from first interaction through project handoff.
Requirements
Lead, coach, and hold sales reps accountable to performance
Drive revenue, close rates, and pipeline activity
Conduct ride‑alongs and provide real‑time coaching
Recruit, hire, and train new sales reps
Track KPIs and manage performance through CRM
Partner with operations to ensure a strong customer experience
What We Are Looking For
7+ years of sales experience, 3+ years in leadership
Proven ability to drive team performance and revenue
Experience in roofing, remodeling, or home services preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment
On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000–$180,000+ (uncapped)
