In this position, you will help evaluate business processes, gather and interpret requirements, and deliver insights that support strategic decisions. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, along with a supportive workplace that fosters professional growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Assess business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Work with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement solutions
Support the creation of reports and presentations for leadership
Conduct market research and evaluate industry trends
Assist with project coordination, timelines, and deliverables
Participate in team meetings and provide project updates
Offer data‑driven recommendations to support decision‑making
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of financial concepts and practices
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
