We are partnering with a highly respected healthcare organization to identify a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their growing team. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex data challenges, and wants to play a key role in improving operational reporting and analytics across healthcare programs.
Schedule: Hybrid schedule currently requires on-site presence 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
Build and support reporting, analytics, and automation solutions
Develop and maintain SQL scripts and SSIS processes
Support operational effectiveness initiatives across healthcare programs
Improve reporting accuracy, data insights, and workflow efficiencies
Assist with compliance reporting tied to CMS and healthcare oversight agencies
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or business intelligence
Strong SQL scripting and SSIS experience
Experience with reporting and automation initiatives
Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
