Responsibilities
Develop, monitor and analyze global data (both primary and secondary) and present to support Product Group and overall management decisions
Create insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations using customer and demographic data to empower the strategic marketing team to develop effective strategies for the SureSmile brand
Collect, analyze and report on regional commercial actives supporting Product Group
Manage and maintain marketing calendar and report on marketing KPIs
Analyze global market trends and report on various sales and business metrics to key leaders
Monitor and report on Competitive Intelligence
Support Strategic Marketing team and participate in cross functional teams
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Information Systems, or a related field required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analytics or financial analytics required
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills required, including the ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) using statistical methods
Excellent written communication skills required, including content creation, editing, and proofreading
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
Strong organizational skills required, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
Self‑motivated and able to work independently required
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills required
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Global business experience preferred
B2C experience preferred
Must be located in the Charlotte, NC area or the surrounding areas

Physical & Environmental Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, speak, use hands, reach with hands and arms, see listen and type. May need to lift up to 25 pounds.
Work primarily performed in an office environment. The noise level is usually moderate with limited temperature fluctuations. May require travel using different forms of transportation.
