Job Overview Job Type: Regular Work Location: Best Buy 235 - Corpus Christi, TX 78411 Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $17.00 per hour. Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week, primarily Saturday and Sunday. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs. Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their needs. Engage customers and build rapport to create a memorable experience. Maintain professional relationships with store management and employees. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness. Report sales data and competitive insights to Retail Operations. Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environments. Welcome customers, assist them, and direct them to displays. Assess customer needs and recommend products that fit those needs. Provide product and service information to help customers make selections. Accurately document and report sales. Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, functional, and presentable at all times. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1‑year job experience required; or 6 months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience acceptable. Knowledge of HP products and services. Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs. Tech‑savvy, outgoing personality with eagerness to learn. Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products; training or demonstration experience a plus.
