WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE Lead and manage a team of 10–15 Project Consultants, ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals. Train, mentor, and develop new Project Consultants, providing ongoing coaching to build confidence and skills. Conduct ride‑alongs and field coaching sessions—split between demonstrating sales excellence and observing/mentoring. Drive performance by focusing on elevating the “middle 50%” of the team to maximize overall results. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities. Partner cross‑functionally to ensure smooth project delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction. Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and report results to leadership. WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON Proven experience as a Sales Manager or comparable leadership role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; polished presence with both team and clients. Deep understanding of sales principles and consultative customer service practices. Tech‑savvy; proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM/sales tools. Preferred: Background in luxury sales, high‑value transactions, or in‑home/consultative sales.
