Über
Assist in the configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of service provider‑grade routers and switches.
Support routing protocol operations including IS‑IS, BGP, Segment Routing, and MPLS in lab and production environments.
Perform network testing using tools such as Ixia and Spirent to validate performance, scalability, and reliability.
Capture and analyze logs during testing phases to identify issues and document findings.
Work with NETCONF, gNMI, and streaming telemetry for network configuration and monitoring.
Participate in performance monitoring and reporting using telemetry and analytics platforms.
Maintain structured documentation of test cases, results, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications
Hands‑on experience with service provider or telecom network environments.
Good understanding of routing protocols, MPLS, and traffic engineering.
Exposure to automation tools (Python/Ansible) is an added advantage.
