Job Description Job Summary: A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides basic nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians. They support patient care, monitor health conditions, and assist with daily medical needs. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor patients' vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration) Administer medications and injections as prescribed Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating Provide wound care and change dressings Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Communicate patient status to RNs and physicians
