Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain secure embedded software for mission-critical aerospace and defense applications.
Architect and implement cryptographic services and secure communication frameworks for embedded platforms.
Develop software solutions using C, C++, and Rust in Linux and real-time operating system environments.
Integrate encryption technologies and secure networking protocols into embedded systems.
Collaborate with hardware, FPGA, systems, and security teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Customize Linux kernels, bootloaders, and embedded operating system components as needed.
Support system-level design reviews, technical investigations, and security assessments.
Drive software architecture decisions focused on security, performance, and reliability.
Qualifications
Active U.S. Security Clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
7+ years of experience developing embedded software for complex systems.
Strong proficiency in Embedded Rust/C++ development.
Experience developing production software in Rust.
Extensive experience working with Embedded Linux and/or RTOS environments.
Deep understanding of secure software architecture principles.
