WHAT YOU’LL DO: As our Advanced Mobile Truck Technician / Mechanic, you’ll work in the field at customer locations and be a leader in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining medium and heavy Class 7 & 8 trucks. You will be required to have a deep mechanical understanding, sound judgment, and the ability to perform advanced repairs while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism in every task.
Your daily focus will be ensuring that every truck repair is completed with precision, efficiency, and lasting quality. You will analyze complex mechanical and electronic malfunctions in the field, determine the best repair strategy, and execute repairs or rebuilds on major systems including engines, transmissions, axles, steering, brakes, clutches, electrical systems, and air systems. You’ll play a key role in supporting our customers by maximizing uptime and getting trucks back on the road quickly, safely, and correctly the first time.

WHAT YOU NEED:
5 or more years of experience working on all makes and models of medium and heavy‑duty Class 7/8 trucks, including engine repair, electronic troubleshooting, HVAC systems, and chassis repair.
Basic computer knowledge; Cummins and MX software experience preferred.
Self‑motivation and assertiveness.
Ability to work under little or no supervision.
Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
Must provide own tools.
Driver’s license with a good driving record. Class A CDL preferred.
Compensation: $40.90–45.45 per hour (depending on experience).
