We're Hiring! Lab Samples Specialist - Clinical Operations
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for clinical excellence and sample integrity? Join our growing Clinical Operations team as a Lab Samples Specialist!
In this role, you'll:
Oversee end-to-end management of laboratory samples across clinical trials Partner with central laboratories to ensure compliant, timely sample collection, shipping, and tracking Serve as the key liaison between study teams, labs, and investigational sites Develop and maintain sample management plans and tracking tools • Monitor sample collection metrics and implement corrective actions Provide training and guidance on sample handling and shipping procedures Support vendor performance management and lab logistics Ensure full compliance with ICH/GCP, FDA regulations, and applicable SOPs What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, life sciences, or related field 3+ years of clinical operations or clinical research experience At least 1 year focused on lab sample management, central lab coordination, or biospecimen logistics Demonstrated knowledge of clinical lab workflows and sample handling Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CTMS, EDC, and electronic TMF systems Strong familiarity with central lab vendor management and ICH/GCP guidelines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in rare disease or endocrine therapeutic areas Experience with electronic lab sample tracking platforms Experience supporting global clinical trials with multi-regional logistics Why join us:
