Description The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will assist with patient activities of daily living, vital signs monitoring, specimen collection, and maintain patient records, all while maintaining a safe and clean environment. This is a vital role in ensuring high-quality care for patients of all ages in a team-oriented setting. RequirementsAssist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Prepare patients for meals, distribute food trays, and assist with feeding.
Measure vital signs, weight, height, intake, and output; report any unusual symptoms.
Assist with mobility, range of motion exercises, and repositioning bedridden patients using proper body mechanics.
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Prepare patients for meals, distribute food trays, and assist with feeding.
Measure vital signs, weight, height, intake, and output; report any unusual symptoms.
Assist with mobility, range of motion exercises, and repositioning bedridden patients using proper body mechanics.
Maintain a clean, safe, and functional working environment.
Ensure proper equipment use, report any malfunctions, and assist with cleaning.
Adhere to universal precautions and infection control standards.
Act as a communication link between patients, families, and nursing staff.
Participate in team meetings and educational programs to continuously improve patient care.
Report any changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff. Education: Completion of a Nursing Aide course and registered with the State Registry. Certificates: Current BLS certification. Other: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with patient mobility.
