As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales and business development within our technology services portfolio. You will be a driving force behind our growth and ensure customer satisfaction through your commitment and expertise.
Tasks
Identify and acquire potential new customers
Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
Develop and implement sales strategies
Analyze market and sales data to achieve sales targets
Work closely with management and technical teams
Requirements Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken, as well as confidence in negotiations
Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in a technology-related environment
Customer Focus: Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing and analyzing sales strategies
Working Style: Independent, structured, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial
