Job Summary The Aerospace Corporation is seeking an experienced
SAP S/4HANA Business Analytics Developer (Enterprise and Data Analytics Staff III)
with strong expertise in business intelligence (BI) technologies. In this senior, hands‑on technical role, you will be responsible for SAP report development and SQL-based business intelligence reporting using Tableau, working in close collaboration with functional teams to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions. The selected candidate will be required to work full‑time, onsite at our location in El Segundo, CA.
What You’ll Be Doing
Eliciting, analyzing, and clarifying business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Estimating, planning, and delivering work as a member of an agile development team
Incorporating frequent feedback from customers and stakeholders into solutions during development
Designing, developing, testing, and demonstrating CDS and FIORI reports‑based solutions
Participating in test planning and execution, deployment, and maintenance of the developed solutions
Work closely with developers, users, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet organizational needs
Producing high quality written deliverables including design documents, data models, workflow/data flow diagrams, test scenarios/scripts, and production cutover steps
To meet the evolving needs of our customers and organization, these duties, responsibilities, and activities may change over time, or new ones may be assigned as needed
What You Need to be Successful Minimum Requirements for the SAP S/4HANA Business Analytics Developer (Enterprise and Data Analytics Staff III) include:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related technical discipline is required
A minimum of 6 or more years of increasingly responsible and relevant professional experience with SAP CDS or FIORI development experience
Working knowledge of SAP user exits and enhancements
Design, develop, and enhance SAP S/4HANA applications using CDS, Eclipse and FIORI Business Application Suite
Ability to build and extend Fiori apps and Custom CDS views and Analytical queries
Support integrations between SAP products and third‑party providers
Develop and extend OData services
Ensure alignment with SAP clean‑core and extensibility best practices
Optimize HANA‑based data models and reporting flows
Implement enhancements, extensions, and custom logic
Experience with SAP Modules such as Project Systems, Material Management and Contract Management
Experience with SAP Universal Ledger ACDOCA
Working knowledge of RDBMS systems such as SQL server and SSIS ETL systems
Support testing, documentation, cutover, and production deployment activities
Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and challenging business solution requirements/user stories
Demonstrated skills in design and documentation of functional/technical solutions with well‑defined test plans
Comfortable presenting regular solution demonstrations to product owners, business users, and agile team to solicit feedback
Exceptional interpersonal acumen that fosters effective collaboration across internal and external teams with complex organizational structures
A strategic visionary who navigates effortlessly between high‑level planning and hands‑on execution, driving initiatives from conception to completion
This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance
How You Can Stand Out It would be impressive if you have one or more of these:
Proficiency with tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud
Experience with webservices, BTP, APIs, SOAP protocol, ODATA protocol, browser development tools
Direct experience participating on Agile/Scrum system development teams
Experience using Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server and Tableau Prep

The grade‑based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.

$107,000.00 - $160,500.00
