Strong communication, organization, and learning abilities are required in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Partner directly with the Sales team on all facets of client relations including proposal completion, media plans, customer service, and revenue objectives. Coordinate and process advertising contracts and all other paperwork associated with completing the sales process. Enter contract terms and supporting information into our CRM. Coordinate and track production activities of accounts and provide accurate completion reports upon installation. Prepare and deliver proof‑of‑performance reports to clients and respond to client inquiries. Facilitate daily communication between the various OUTFRONT Teams (Accounting, Creative, Charting, etc.) to fulfill client requests. Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, industry news and market expertise. Prepare PowerPoint presentations to supplement media plans and proposals. Prepare periodic market and sales reports. Think creatively while juggling several projects at once. Continually strive for improvement on the sales and operations processes. Attend weekly sales meetings. Qualifications 1–2 years of related work experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree preferred; course of study in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or similar is a plus. Knowledge of OOH advertising or previous experience in the advertising industry is a plus. Organized, detail‑oriented, skilled multi‑tasker. Analytical and self‑motivated. Interested in advertising, marketing and sales. Compensation The salary range for this role is $26–$28 per hour, determined during the interview process by assessing experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks.
