About You A capable independent contributor, as well as a team player. Analytical, quantitative, and information sourcing skills. Knowledge of software and system development lifecycle (SDLC) preferred. Experience working on Agile Scrum/Kanban teams preferred. Familiarity with Project Management Lifecycle. Ability to innovate while solving problems. Accountable for results. Ability to participate on multi‑disciplinary teams supporting initiatives for strategic business improvements. Effective time management skills. Exercise sound judgement when performing duties and working with members and staff. Continuously maintains and develops professional skills. Identifies and elevates issues to PMO and QA leadership. Strong technical/professional writing and oral communication skills. Collaboration with Project Managers and Business Unit Leadership. Strong active listening skills and self‑awareness throughout the project lifecycle. Required proficiency in software development/testing tools: Azure DevOps, Jira/Confluence, Rally, etc. Qualifications One (1) to four (4) years of Business/Technical Analysis or Technical Project experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or four (4) years of equivalent experience). Required proficiency in Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint. Familiarity with process flow and engineering diagramming tools, such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, etc. Familiarity with Tableau, PowerBI, or comparable analytical/reporting tools. Capable of completing Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) within two years of hire (may substitute experience). Existing Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or equivalent/higher certification preferred. Benefits Competitive Pay.
