Specific Responsibilities Would Include The Role:
The Business Analyst, B2B E-Commerce will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of a multi‑brand, multi‑site B2B/DTC E‑Commerce landscape. The role will report to the Director of eCommerce and work closely with Digital Marketing, divisional and brand sales and marketing business teams to implement new B2B/DTC channels as well as deployment of new functionality. The role will be critical in the creation of business requirements and act as a liaison between the business, development teams and outside services. The role will be one of the administrators, working with third‑party vendors to maintain the quality of our production environments.
Main Activities:
Include but are not limited to providing the Digital & E‑Commerce Team with product management support in the ideation, submission, delivery, and enhancement of the product roadmap globally. Facilitates Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Demos as required. Supports the health and wellness of our B2B/DTC landscape. Works cross‑functionally with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Technology team to design and specify large complex business solutions. Facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution on B2B/DTC platform. Identifies, escalates, and removes team impediments that jeopardize project goals.
Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
Work with our cross functional teams across e‑commerce and supply chain and has a good understanding of user experience, analytics, project management, QA and how these processes interact.
Support the implementation of functional requirements for various products.
Takes part in the support the development of long‑term product strategy.
Work with the various product teams to create and implement project plans and related timelines.
Serve as a platform and functionality in‑house B2B coordinator.
Work with business stakeholders to analyze ROI and business impact.
Drive project and product development.
Translate Business Requirements to Project Requirements.
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
Bachelor’s degree
2 years of Business Analyst experience in B2B Web or DTC e‑Commerce business practice area. Retail is a plus.
Experience of at least 1 major integration points between an e‑Commerce application with Order Management, Warehouse Management, Financial and Retail Systems.
Ability to distill complex concepts and business needs into prioritized, implementable value‑based components.
Ability to convert business / functional requirements into logical business rules and functional requirements.
Knowledge and / or experience with Agile techniques such as User Stories, Continuous Integration, Story Pointing, Backlog Tracking, Burndown Metrics, Velocity etc.
Candidate should be able to apply specific knowledge of the business and knowledge of systems technology capabilities to business problem solving.
Experience in launching and / or supporting B2B e‑Commerce platform.
Formal business analysis process and methodology.
Proven ability to manage cross‑functional team.
Should have good interpersonal skills to deal with user community and vendors.
Extremely organized, diligent, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.

Salary Range: $72,000 - $90,000
