Follow all health and safety requirements
Quality Inspector Qualifications
High School Diploma or 2 Years’ Experience,
Ability to read micrometers
Excellent communication skills
Basic blueprint understanding
Good math skills
Basic Computer Knowledge
Administrative and Analytical Skills
Multitasking ability
Self-starter
Ensure production requirements and standards are met
Read and understand blue prints, job travelers, etc
Operate machinery and maintain it with care.
Report all machinery issues to management.
Work cooperatively with production team to meet quotas and goals.
Follow all written and verbal instructions.
Follow all health and safety requirements
Maintain appropriate tooling for each job.
Understand raw material and raw material requirements
Read and understand control plans, set up documentation, work instructions, etc
Understand all quality procedures, quality policy and quality objectives with special emphasis on EQ-4
Understand ethics policies, IATF and organization’s requirements
Practice 5S
