Job Type: Regular Work. Location: Best Buy 457 – Rockaway, NJ 07866. Pay: $18.50 per hour. Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week, primarily Saturday and Sunday, with possible Friday work. Overview Become a part‑time HP Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will drive sales and create excitement around the HP brand and products in BestBuy and surrounding office supply stores. Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products and tailor demonstrations to customers’ needs. Engage customers, build rapport, and create memorable experiences. Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Keep displays clean, functional, and demo‑ready. Sell products and services in retail, kiosk, and event environments. Meet or exceed personal month‑to‑month sales goals. Provide accurate sales documentation and reporting. Keep workstations/kiosks clean, organized, functional, and presentable. Submit all required paperwork accurately. Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of job experience; 6 months in sales, retail, telecom, or marketing. Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiast with an outgoing personality. Adept at engaging customers and delivering product demonstrations. Ability to overcome objections and match solutions to customer needs. Experience in retail, customer service in electronics or technology a plus. Training or demonstration experience a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
