Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited university, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or Information Systems/Technology.
8 years of experience performing SQL Server Applications (MSBI, SQL) Database Administration on Windows platforms.
Knowledge and Skills
Basic experience in ETL design and development experience working with SQL stored procedures and/or ETL tools such as Microsoft SSIS.
Must be willing to work in an on-call production support model.
Job Responsibilities
Applications & SQL server databases (Latest versions) in production, development, UAT and test environments.
Assist in the development of high quality efficient ETL applications leveraging Transact‑SQL stored procedures and other ETL environments.
Monitor the SQL Server database/Business Intelligence environment including ETL Jobs, Database Refreshes and Maintenance jobs.
Perform backup and restore all databases.
Assist in deploying database scripts requested by the Application Development Team.
Managing database schemas, objects Tables, Views, Functions, Stored Procedures, Triggers and Cursors using Transact‑SQL for various business applications.
