Responsibilities
Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow optimization with focus on immigration Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, testing, and system deployment Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions Experience with immigration policy Exposure to agencies and offices operating in immigration ecosystem and DHS systems Take on new responsibilities and learn the mission/business while maintaining excellent attention to detail, finding ways to exceed client expectations Contribute to company service areas beyond just the project to build new skills and help the company grow by developing our capabilities and selling new business Contribute to our company culture, which promotes collaboration, learning, and helping others to grow and develop Collaborate with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service, and achieving mission results Apply excellent consulting, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients Required Qualifications
At least
8 years of experience
developing and executing strategies for Federal programs
5 years supporting Federal programs with focus on immigration
Experience in large, complex Federal government or other nationwide programs with a focus on immigration services Clearance: Due to Federal contract and/or regulatory requirements, this position is limited to U.S. citizens only. This position does not offer employer sponsorship Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent Currently holds or has the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and
