Responsibilities
Support the franchisee in studio operations and profitability goals.
Lead ongoing development, training, and support of the sales team and coaches.
Achieve performance metrics such as revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facility maintenance.
Attend all scheduled monthly meetings and corporate webinars.
Maintain staffing levels to meet studio demand within budget.
Host weekly staff meetings and one‑on‑one monthly meetings with each sales associate and coach.
Plan and promote special events for the studio each month.
Ensure the facility remains clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
Coach staff as needed.
Qualifications
1–2 years of customer service experience with proven results.
1–2 years of sales experience in boutique fitness or a related industry.
