Responsibilities
Perform remote, on‑site, phone and client‑side user support.
Monitor trouble tickets and corporate incidents enterprise wide.
Maintain client software and hardware such as Windows11, WindowsServer2019,2022, Office365, Intune, Ubiquiti, Aruba.
Lift and carry computer equipment weighing up to 50pounds and move equipment.
Perform maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
Troubleshoot remote access connectivity problems.

Qualifications
Associate degree or Trade School certificate in a related field.
3‑5 years’ experience in a call center or service desk environment.
Knowledge of SD‑WAN network topology (Aruba, Barracuda).
Experience with switching, VLANs and network routes.
Operating system proficiency: Windows10,11 and WindowsServer2019,2022.
Office365 support experience.
Intune suite knowledge.
Wireless and wired LAN and Internet support.
Effective troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Experience creating a customer knowledge‑base.
Collaborative communication approach.
Utilizes sound judgment.
