Key Responsibilities Collect, capture, and manage mission user needs. Gather and document business requirements to support product teams. Focus on improving usability, user experience, and driving user adoption. Identify core business needs and document them in user stories, concepts of operation, story maps, and briefings. Provide consultation on complex projects, considering business implications of technology. Solve problems with intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field highly preferred.
4+ years of experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements for application development.
Strong communication skills to validate requirements with stakeholders.
Proficient in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, TFS).
Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.
100% ONSITE requirement.
Eligibility Requirements US Citizenship required.
Compensation Location: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.
Base pay range: $64,000 – $124,200 USD.
