Job Description Network Administrator with 8–10 years of experience in Cisco networking, firewalls and OT environments. Responsible for troubleshooting, incident management and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure across Blue Bell, PA. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary SME for all IT network related incidents. Perform end‑to‑end troubleshooting and resolution independently. Handle high‑severity and production‑impacting incidents with full ownership. Conduct deep root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes. Manage and support Enterprise IT Network including Cisco LAN (Catalyst switches – L2/L3), Wireless (WLC, Access Points, RF troubleshooting) and Firewalls (Cisco Firepower / ASA or equivalent). Use Cisco DNA Center for monitoring, assurance and compliance. Support Cisco ISE for authentication, NAC and policy enforcement. Proactively identify and resolve network health and performance issues. Collaborate with onsite OT/network plant teams for industrial connectivity, OT/IT segmentation and security. Execute network changes, upgrades, patching and new deployments with proper risk assessment and rollback planning. Maintain EOL/EOS tracking and remediation. Implement and maintain network segmentation and firewall policies. Lead vulnerability remediation and patching efforts. Investigate security incidents and coordinate with OEM TAC (Cisco, firewall vendors). Create, update and maintain network diagrams and configurations. Manage IP addressing, SOPs/runbooks and ITSM updates to ensure audit compliance. Required Skills Expertise in Cisco Switching: Catalyst L2/L3. Experience with Cisco Wireless: WLC and Access Points. Proficiency with firewalls: Cisco Firepower, ASA or equivalent. Knowledge of Cisco DNA Center and Cisco ISE. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VXLAN, routing (OSPF/BGP), NAT, ACLs, segmentation. Basic OT awareness: industrial environments, OT security concepts, IT/OT segmentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 8–10 years of relevant networking experience. Location Blue Bell, PA.
