Responsibilities
Use data to prove the ROI of the cybersecurity training platform for key client relationships.
Navigate complex datasets using SQL and Python to uncover how training impacts human risk.
Translate business requirements from senior leadership stakeholders into technical data solutions.
Create ROI models and data stories for executive-level stakeholders.
Extract and manipulate large datasets with Python and SQL, identifying correlations between training engagement and a reduction in security incidents.
Build interactive dashboards and presentations (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to showcase ROI and performance metrics.
Perform deep‑dive analysis on user behavior and simulation logs to identify high‑risk cohorts.
Provide tailored recommendations to clients on optimizing training curricula based on engagement metrics.
Maintain high standards of data hygiene by auditing the flow of training logs from the platform to the reporting layer.
Use Excel for rapid prototyping of financial models and ad‑hoc risk analysis.
Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) presenting the client's security evolution narrative.
Collaborate with internal Product and Data Engineering teams to ensure platform telemetry meets evolving reporting needs.
Qualifications
Expert‑level SQL or Snowflake for querying complex relational databases.
Experience with Python for data cleaning, automation, and statistical analysis.
Proficiency in Looker and other visualization tools for creating executive views and deep‑dive operational reports.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling). Strong communication skills, able to command a room of senior leaders.
Expert at building slide decks that tell a cohesive story.
Experience managing expectations and navigating diverse stakeholder needs.
Understanding of client success metrics such as churn, adoption, engagement funnels, and learning metrics.
Familiarity with the ed‑tech industry is a plus.

Base Salary: USD 150,000 ‑ 180,000
