Job Summary Assists with basic testing and business analysis activities by supporting testing, reporting, and documentation efforts. Collects and compiles information to support routine analytical tasks and operational requests. Maintains organized data and records while communicating findings and status updates to team members.
Essential Functions
Assists with developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software platforms.
Maintains detailed test documentation and provides regular status reports.
Matches workflows, automation, and security settings in different software platforms.
Collects, imports, and loads data from multiple sources to support routine analysis and reporting needs.
Cleans, matches, and codes data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability for analysis.
Compiles and updates test cases for new features and enhancements.
Communicates with internal stakeholders to gather information, clarify requests, and provide status updates.
Calls and includes appropriate partners to resolve basic data issues and coordinate routine requests.
Assists with informal peer support by sharing procedures, answering basic questions, and reinforcing data handling standards.
Requirements
High School Diploma
2-4 Years Experience
