Job Overview Sales Representative – 4875 Carpenter Rd, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197. TruGreen is hiring field sales reps to serve homeowners with personalized lawn care solutions. What You’ll Do Act as the face of TruGreen, engaging homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn needs. Deliver custom lawn care solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm. Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn care needs. Turn inquiries into signed contracts using a proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM. Cross‑sell and upsell to show customers ways to improve their lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED (advanced education encouraged). Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are essential. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills, from small talk to closing. Excellent time‑management and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physical ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English. Must reside in the United States while performing this job. The range reflects qualifications, experience, training, location, and other factors; most candidates start in the lower half.
