Responsibilities Drive Sales Growth – effectively promote the Android OS devices and related products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets. Cultivate Retailer Relationships – build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at BestBuy locations. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences – ensure an excellent experience for end‑consumers through retail partners by leveraging expert Android OS product knowledge and outstanding service. Maximize Product Placement – optimize product displays and in‑store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Provide Product Expertise – serve as a trusted advisor, educating BestBuy associates and customers on the features and benefits of Android OS devices and the broader Android ecosystem. Execute Sales Strategies – implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives. Report and Analyze Sales Data – track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement. Qualifications Drive Results – proven ability to consistently drive results and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment. Influence Retail Leadership – demonstrated ability to influence retail partners and build strong, lasting relationships within BestBuy retail store leadership. Customer Focus – strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Situational Adaptability – highly adaptable with the ability to adjust sales strategies to meet evolving market conditions and retailer needs. Self‑Starter – proactive, driven, and able to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative. Product Knowledge – ability to acquire and sustain a high level of product knowledge regarding Android devices and the broader ecosystem. Transportation – must possess reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores and be available for occasional overnight assignments. Valid driver’s license required. Physical Requirements – lift and move displays weighing 25lb. or more. Compensation & Schedule Starting at $21.50 hourly (location‑specific). Additional weekly, monthly, quarterly contests and incentives. Work schedule Thursday‑Sunday (four 10‑hour shifts). Opportunity for next‑day pay on demand.
