Key Responsibilities
Lead feasibility assessments and leverage AI‑assisted research to recommend optimal solutions.
Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and new requirements, informing backlog prioritization.
Collaborate with Product Owners and architects to refine epics into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
Author, maintain, and leverage AI‑driven artifacts including user stories, process flows, and technical specs.
Lead data analysis initiatives using AI‑powered analytics platforms and traditional tools, synthesizing insights for strategic decisions.
Partner with stakeholders to define program vision, epic roadmaps, and objectives that support business outcomes.
Develop release strategies, sprint inputs, and stakeholder communication plans to enable iterative delivery.
Communicate program progress, release plans, and insights through dashboards, Agile ceremonies, and automated reports.
Identify cross‑team dependencies and architectural risks, facilitating resolution through Agile coordination.
Define acceptance testing frameworks, design behavior‑driven test strategies, and oversee testing across increments.
Lead continuous improvement efforts within the BA team by adopting Agile best practices and AI tools.
Mentor less experienced Business Analysts on Agile analysis, documentation, and AI workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
3-5+ years of direct experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with extensive Agile delivery experience.
Advanced ability to translate business needs into strategic roadmaps, user stories, and specifications.
Proven expertise leading requirements engineering within scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
Strong data literacy including SQL, data warehouse analysis, and AI analytics platforms.
Proficiency with enterprise Agile tools like Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office suite.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies like backlog refinement, sprint planning, and cross‑team coordination.
Extensive experience designing and implementing AI‑augmented analysis workflows and documentation tools.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of relevant work experience including process development and execution in Agile environments.
IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (AAC), PMI‑PBA, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent Agile certification required.
Desired Skills & Experience
Familiarity with agentic AI tools and intelligent requirements extraction techniques.
Experience managing large‑scale Agile programs with multiple teams and Release Trains.
Exposure to enterprise data warehouses and predictive analytics.
Previous leadership or mentorship roles within Agile teams.
Pay $33.60 - $48.00 per hour

Pay ranges are influenced by candidate qualifications, experience, and role specifics, with the actual rate determined considering skills, market conditions, and are subject to change by the employer; pay negotiations follow all state and federal legal guidelines.
